Job description
Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support to the office staff
– Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
– Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and documents
– Assist with order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
– Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
– Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by management
– Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and materials preparation
– Utilize Google Suite applications for various office tasks
– Perform other clerical duties as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience working in a Manufacturing setting is preferred
– Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in order entry processes and procedures
– Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documents
– Experience in project coordination, including managing timelines and deliverables
– Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for various office tasks
